Qualified Referral: A referred customer who remains a paying subscriber in good standing for at least six (6) months after installation.
Good Standing: An account that is (a) not past due by more than 30 days, (b) not suspended for non-payment or terms of service violations, and (c) not in the process of disconnection or cancellation.
When an existing subscriber refers a new customer, the referring subscriber receives one (1) month free service for each Qualified Referral. Upon six (6) Qualified Referrals, the referring subscriber receives an additional twelve (12) months free. This milestone bonus resets after every six Qualified Referrals. New customers who are referred receive 50% off their first two (2) months of base service.
This program applies only to referrals made on or after January 1, 2026. Prior referrals do not qualify. Referring subscribers must be current customers in good standing. Referred customers must be new to Impact Internet with no service at the installation address in the prior 12 months. Only one referral may be credited per service address. Employees, household members of the referring subscriber, and professional referral services are ineligible. Self-referrals are prohibited.
Referrals must be identified at signup and cannot be applied retroactively. Credits apply to base service only, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not carry forward. If the referring subscriber cancels before a referral qualifies, that referral is forfeited.
Impact Internet may modify or terminate this program with 30 days’ notice. Earned rewards will be honored. Pending referrals as of the termination date will continue to qualify if the referred customer completes the six-month requirement within the original timeframe. Impact Internet reserves the right to disqualify referrals and revoke rewards for suspected fraud or abuse. All disputes are resolved at Impact Internet’s sole discretion.
